USPA Safety Day 2012

USPA Safety Day is held every year on March 10 as the official opening of the 2012 Skydiving season. I had the pleasure of heading up to my sister Mary and Brother in law Logan Hammer’s house in Layton Utah and spent the night there where Logan gave me a ride to the dropzone early Saturday Morning. My first jump was just to get a feel for free fall again as I hadn’t jumped since the middle of January at the Mesquite Boogie. My second jump ended with the hardest landing I’ve ever had and luckily it is my Spring Break so it has helped me rest my back and get ready for my next jump. I love this sport so passionately.
